The job requires a minimum of 2 years of macOS & iOS support experience and 5 years of Windows 10/11 support experience in a corporate environment. Strong troubleshooting skills, Office 365 administration, Active Directory, creative thinking, effective communication, documentation, and experience with the full Office 365 suite are required. Experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams conferencing, ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow, and SLAs and KPIs are also essential. The ideal candidate should be local to South Africa, able to travel at short notice, prioritize based on impact and urgency, and have experience with asset management tools and processes. Experience with WiFi and LAN troubleshooting, ISO audit preparation and remediation, collaboration with different departments, and working with third-party vendors is also required.
