As an Agile Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Scrum team at Discovery, ensuring the quality of digital touchpoints and services for the Virtual Agent (Chatbot) to deliver outbound and in-bound communications. The Digital Channels team works on new projects and product enhancements to improve business inefficiencies, gain a competitive advantage, and provide better service to clients.
Responsibilities include working collaboratively with the Scrum team, writing and executing test cases, creating automated tests, documenting defects, providing feedback on user stories, collaborating with other testers, BAs, developers, designers, and other experts, and being proactively involved in the end-to-end lifecycle of digital features.
