You will work closely with other teams to ensure the data infrastructure is secure, stable, and maintained for scalability and high availability. You will also assist with problem resolution and incident management, reporting performance statistics and tracking root causes. You will also develop a holistic understanding of the proprietary system, business processes, and technology involved, proactively identifying any shortcomings and contributing to the knowledge base. You will be mindful of the team's objectives and supportive of their processes and activities.
