The VML Data team is seeking a CRM Analyst to analyze data to deliver value by understanding clients' customers and the performance of marketing activities. The Analyst will work closely with the analytics and data team, developing and delivering measurement and insight projects across various marketing activities. They will take ownership of analysis projects, delivering them to a high degree of accuracy, and presenting results and insights to clients. This is a technical role grounded in customer data, so experience in handling large customer data sets is required. Communication and interpersonal skills are important, as well as collaboration with clients and colleagues across multiple disciplines.
The Analyst's responsibilities include designing, managing, and delivering end-to-end analyses, delivering measurement and effectiveness projects, and delivering customer projects using statistical techniques. They will ensure the most relevant methodologies are applied to measure and evaluate, develop and provide written and verbal output on reports and presentations, manage data issues, and be the clients' trusted advisor on data and analytical methodology. They will also present to clients and attend meetings, be highly collaborative in integrating data work into agency deliverables, and develop the skills and knowledge of colleagues.
