The candidate will be responsible for managing the Windows/Linux network, providing support for remote sites, installing patches, updating services, and troubleshooting telecommunications systems. They will also install network and standalone printers and maintain them. The candidate will have experience with CCTV installations, network printers, AD user administration, VoIP systems, DSTV, AMPS, speakers, data connections, USB scanners, desktop PCs, laptops, and OMR readers. They will also have experience with LAN support, administering enterprise IP networks in mission-critical, 24x7 production environments, conducting research on networking issues, and working with technical knowledge of network hardware, protocols, and internet standards. They will also be able to troubleshoot VPN connections using Fortinet solutions. The candidate will also have good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, high integrity, trustworthiness, reliability, excellent problem-solving ability, strong attention to detail, impressive reporting skills, and the ability to take initiative while maintaining quality of work.
