The company is seeking an experienced Intermediate QA Tester to join their team. The role involves testing software applications to ensure they meet high quality standards before release. The candidate will collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and report issues, perform thorough regression testing, and contribute to overall product improvement efforts. Responsibilities include conducting functional, regression, and integration testing, creating detailed test plans and test cases, identifying and documenting bugs using issue tracking tools, working closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues, collaborating with product managers to understand requirements and prioritize testing efforts, performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved, participating in design and requirement reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, proven experience as a QA Tester, solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, experience with automated testing tools, Agile/Scrum development methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
