EY is seeking a senior business/systems analyst to work with the EY Catalyst product team to develop market-leading products as part of EY's Smart Factory solution. The role involves managing software requirements and related processes, including requirement gathering, process analysis, functional specifications, data analysis, user experience optimization, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and stakeholder management.
The essential functions of the job include collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements to existing products, evaluating existing business processes, converting business requirements into functional specifications, analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, collaborating with Product Owners and UX/UI designers to analyze user feedback, usability test results, and user behavior data, and working closely with QA teams to ensure new features meet business requirements and are ready for deployment.
The role also requires analytical skills and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to work independently. Knowledge and skills requirements include demonstrated experience in crafting requirements related to the business and users, solid understanding of requirements models, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong collaboration skills.
Job Requirements include an honor's level degree in computer science, information science, or a relevant discipline, and 7+ years in a Business Analyst role in a corporate environment.
