The IT Support Technician/ 1st Line Support position is based in Carletonville, Gauteng, with 2 years of experience preferred. Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 Administration, Desktop Support, Voice Support, Data Support, Infrastructure Support, Router and Firewall Diagnostics, Cloud Backup Diagnosis, Endpoint Security Diagnosis, Hosted and on-prem servers, and Cyber Security. Qualifications include relevant certifications, ability to participate in product-specific training, and strong technical troubleshooting skills. Preferable certifications include Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Modern Desktop Administrator, Messaging Administrator, A+, N+, Firewall, related PBX or voice certifications, and Cisco certifications/experience.
