You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses to support the organization's analytics and reporting needs. Proficiency in SSIS, T-SQL, and extensive experience in managing data integration and ETL processes is required. A strong background in analytics, dashboard creation, particularly with PowerBI, and experience with AWS cloud services is highly desirable.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing data pipelines using SSIS, developing and managing ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow into data warehouses and reporting systems, optimizing ETL workflows for performance and reliability, architecting and maintaining scalable data warehouse solutions, and maintaining data models and schemas that support the evolving needs of the organization.
Database development and T-SQL expertise are also essential, including writing, optimizing, and maintaining complex T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and functions. Regular code reviews are necessary to maintain high standards of data processing and integration.
Business analytics and dashboard creation are crucial, using tools like PowerBI to build interactive and visually compelling reports and dashboards. Data quality and governance are essential, including implementing data quality checks and monitoring, developing and enforcing data governance policies, and documenting data processes, standards, and guidelines.
Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are also essential, working closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business users to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
