The company is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to help develop and manage a portfolio of data science solutions using various AI/ML techniques, including Generative AI. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging AI-led projects within the organization and be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The candidate will collaborate with colleagues and managers to build a world-class portfolio of AI-led solutions within KANTAR using the latest developments in AI/ML.
The candidate will be part of several R&D efforts to develop and evaluate Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate new capabilities, algorithms, and technologies, particularly using Generative AI. They will work hands-on with a cross-functional, geography-agnostic team of data scientists and must be flexible, work well in teams, own their work, and be a good collaborator.
The desired skills include having worked on Generative AI-led products or solutions for the past year, hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT3.5/4, Llama-2, and other foundation models like CLIP, Dall-E, and Stable Diffusion. Experience in building and deploying applications on cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/Google Cloud using serverless architecture, proficiency in tools like Azure machine learning service, Amazon Sagemaker, Google Cloud AI, Agile working methodologies for product development, comfortable working in global settings with diverse cross-geography teams and cultures, strong foundations in math, probability, statistics, willingness to try out new things, excellent communication skills, and a "ideate-fast, test-fast, fail-fast, learn-fast" attitude.
