Join our Payroll Automation & Data Specialist team in EMEA and make a difference in the global employment space. This role requires proven experience in payroll process analysis, proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets formulas, and expertise in full-stack engineering. Proficiency in SQL and Cloud computing platforms like AWS or GCP is also required. Good decision-making skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving are essential. Python knowledge is a plus, and strong English written and verbal communication skills are required.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes and performance metrics data, developing automation solutions across payroll processes, contributing to the creation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), participating in post-implementation performance reviews, helping deploy process improvements, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Payroll teams, continuously learning and sharing new skills, tools, and technologies, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and identifying and proposing change management or training needs for automation projects.
Responsibilities include reporting to the Manager, Payroll Business Operations, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding payroll services to employees and customers.
