The role also involves data architecture, consulting stakeholders on streamlining and standardizing data recording, and developing and executing architectures, policies, practices, and procedures to manage the full data lifecycle needs of the organization. The role also involves personal and team capability building, developing capabilities through assessment and development planning activities and collaborating internally within Cell C to identify opportunities to improve analytics capability and derive suitable solutions.
Minimum qualifications include a 3 year degree in Data Science, Computer Science & Statistics, Business Insights & Analyst, AI, and ML, 6-8 years of experience in data extraction, analysis, and presentation of insights, 6-8 years of experience in Oracle SQL, Python, R, Power BI software, and experience in the Telecommunications industry. Competencies include strong business acumen, operational savvy, analytical prowess, communication and collaboration, and a results-oriented approach.
