The Hollywood Foundation is launching the 2025 Future is Bright Bursary Programme, aiming to empower students nationwide by bridging the transition from high school to tertiary education. The program provides full or partial funding for studies in Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Digital Marketing/Marketing, and BSc Data Science/BSc Information Management. To qualify, applicants must have recent results of 60% or above, be a South African citizen, have a 12-month course duration, apply to a tertiary institution within South Africa, have a strong academic record, and have full-time Higher Certificates, National Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, and Post-Graduate studies. The bursary application process includes assessments and interviews. The bursary applications are open from 01 August to 15 September 2024. The foundation's mission is to promote equal access to education and ensure students have the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for a smooth entry into the workforce.
