The role involves reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing user needs to document system requirements and create specifications that drive system development and implementation of overall business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum qualification of BSc Information Systems, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or related, 3-5 years of experience in a similar environment, with 1 - 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and knowledge of solution viability assessment and business case orientation.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of developing business cases, data analysis and interpretation, in-depth understanding of financial data and banking information systems, expert knowledge of Excel and Access, experience with report development and interpretation, strong knowledge of design process tools, and experience in documenting and implementing complex projects in line with business vision and strategy.
