Ctrack is seeking an innovative Data Science Engineer to join their team in enhancing vehicle performance and safety using cutting-edge telematics and AI technology. The Junior Data Scientist will contribute to data-driven decision-making, predictive modeling, and process optimization, reporting to the Lead Data Scientist. Responsibilities include data analysis and modeling, machine learning and AI, data strategy and governance, and collaboration and communication.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using Python, R, SQL, or similar tools. They will develop predictive models, perform statistical analysis, and create visualizations to extract actionable insights. They will also apply machine learning techniques and explore deep learning models for predictive tasks.
The candidate will also contribute to the development of Ctrack's data strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, defining data standards, data quality metrics, and data governance processes. They will also monitor data pipelines and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
