The role also involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, obtaining approval for proposed solutions, and preparing relevant information and documentation for implementation.
Functional support is provided for applications relevant to the scope of responsibility, facilitating knowledge transfer and training of key users. The role logs tickets for assistance, corrections, and evolutions, and follows up on status of tickets. The role also assists with documentation and definition of best practice standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining application documentation and processes, and defining business-critical applications and systems for Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery situations.
