The role involves breaking down business needs into manageable features, stories, and epics for delivery. Participating in backlog grooming, sprint planning, test estimation, and defining success criteria per story. Discussing low-level design and functional requirements with the QA Lead and Application/Solution Architect. Continuously improving test harness, automation frameworks, and platform.
Desired skills include automation, Selenium, Java, SoapUI, Postman, TestNG, and cucumber. Experience in testing web and mobile frontends, APIs, and non-functional testing.
