South African young people aged 18 to 28 are invited to join a retail environment for a life-changing first working experience. The ideal candidate should be a matric, willing to work a fixed 12-month contract, not have been employed permanently for more than one year, not be studying full time during the year, and not have participated in the YES program before. Accommodation and transportation will be provided for applicants. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups.
