The Data Analyst at Titan Wealth Group is responsible for implementing best practices to produce tested, secure, reliable, and scalable solutions. They design and implement improvements that assist teams in delivering effectively and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality through the integration of QA automation and other risk mitigation measures. They collaborate with different teams to ensure our data infrastructure is secure, stable, maintained, monitored, and architected for scalability and high availability with automation and disaster recovery. The Data Analyst also assists with problem resolution and incident management, reporting performance statistics, tracking root causes, and providing comprehensive resolution reporting. They develop a holistic understanding of our proprietary system, business processes, and technology involved, proactively identifying shortcomings and contributing to our knowledge base. The Data Analyst must be mindful of the team's objectives and supportive of their processes and activities. They should be proactive in assessing current implementations, configurations, processes, platforms, technologies, budgets, strategies, and plans. They should also be a pioneer, driving innovation and experimentation, identifying areas for improvement or new opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with relational database design, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Configuration Management, High Availability, Data Ingestion, Data Governance, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, programming languages, monitoring tools, Windows Server, IIS, Power BI, Agile Scrum team work, and machine learning or AI experience.
