The role involves providing specialist business analysis to deliver projects, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks promptly. The individual is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and applying Business Analysis techniques to elicit and analyze business and stakeholder requirements. They collaborate with Process Engineers, Designers, Squad BAs, and architects to map out business processes, produce screen prototypes, refine Business Requirements into implementable user stories, and guide solutions across related back-end and front-end systems.
Data-driven insight is used to inform solutions through collaboration with MI teams. The individual manages version control and storage of related artifacts, communicates baselined requirements to the Tribe during tribe sync ceremonies, and participates in backlog refinement workshops. They lead the BA team, manage work allocation, and track progress through stand-up ceremonies.
The individual conducts market research, aligns proposed solutions to expected benefits, facilitates the UAT process and reviews with Product managers, and works on adhoc functions to support Product Management. They provide input into proposed business value propositions, identify the company's technological and operational risks, and work with Legal and Compliance to obtain sign-off on regulated requirements. They also lead or participate in multiple projects.
