The ideal candidate should have at least 2+ years of experience in ocean containerized shipping, the ability to deliver under pressure, high attention to detail, strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, good organizational skills, high proficiency with MS Office, data analysis experience, comfortable working independently and as part of a team, excellent time-management skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
