The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. The role involves delivering and managing the execution of Data Engineering and Data Science projects, producing intelligent, scalable, and automated solutions, and developing a Business Intelligence roadmap. The candidate also designs and manages end-to-end Data Science and Data Engineering solutions, working with technology teams to define requirements and priorities. The role involves developing product specification documents, scope of work documents, and Code of Conduct documents, implementing best practice pipeline frameworks, and establishing and meeting SLAs and TAT for requirements. The candidate must understand business processes, risk, controls, and frame client problem statements, apply industry technologies, and apply SDLC methodologies to solution developments. The candidate must also have excellent interpersonal skills, management and leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to mentor and train junior team members.
