The role will involve onsite support for daily incident resolution and service request fulfillment, using the ISM Tool to complete operational tasks, commissioning and decommissioning domain and non-domain machines, and software deployment using SCCM. The role also involves planning and coordinating employee desk moves, working after-hours for standby support or project-related tasks, and documenting procedures and troubleshooting. Skills required include passion for technology, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work well under pressure, effective communication, and a systematic approach to work. The role will also support Office 365, Windows 10/11, and smart device support using Intune Management.
