The Web Designer will be responsible for planning, creating, and building web content pages for various portfolios across the Nedbank Group of digital properties. They will contribute to the User Experience of the Customer Journey by producing compelling designs and generating innovative ideas that drive commercialization efforts.
Job Responsibilities include content delivery, maintenance of editorial schedules, editing and updating content on digital platforms, researching and delivering campaign best practices using UX and UI principles, auditing and maintaining content across all digital platforms, optimizing content performance, improving content creation processes, staying abreast of latest UX and UI trends, providing input into the UX of online properties, designing engaging content pages, understanding divisional/business unit objectives, and providing input on content pages across digital platforms.
Operational Delivery involves maintaining and updating digital content in line with optimization findings and best practices, contributing to monthly management reports, and collaborating with back-end developers for optimal performance. Reporting involves ongoing evaluation of content and recommending technical fixes across digital platforms, contributing to overall platform performance reports
