Oracle is seeking a cloud technology sales executive to join their South African team. The role involves building cloud sales opportunities across their portfolio, selling the value of Oracle Cloud solutions in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), leading and closing IaaS/PaaS technology deals, ensuring cloud adoption, and driving expansions. The candidate will promote Oracle products to selected customers, Cloud sales partners, and internal audiences, develop relationships with C-Level and Cloud partners, and develop a sales plan with complete territory and sector-specific coverage.
The candidate will bring experience in direct sales, including cloud experience, a focus on dedicated IaaS or PaaS experience, and experience in leading large and complex accounts and internal resources. They will also understand the customer ecosystem and key collaborators to drive sales with particular customers.
