The QA Analyst I position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and managing business analytical needs within Quality Assurance (QA). The role involves following IQVIA QA procedures, creating analytical datasets, prototypes, and business design analyses, and collaborating with business operational area leads and QA staff. The role also involves trend analysis and conclusion making based on data from multiple sources. The role also involves working with requestors to establish hypothetical questions, data collection, analysis, and communication of conclusions.
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree, 1 year of business experience, and an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. They should have good technical and business writing skills, knowledge of best practices for process implementation and management, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to use business analytics/intelligence tools for publishing analyses. They should also be proficient in data management tools like eQMS, Excel, negotiation and customer management skills, and the ability to communicate analytical terms, outputs, and conclusions to non-technical audiences, senior management, and fellow QA department peers. The candidate should also have working knowledge of the ServiceNow support tool and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
