Eligibility requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science, VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications, at least 5 years of experience as a VMware Administrator at the enterprise level, experience in cloud computing, CI/CD systems, and Sys-Ops experience.The role also involves collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions, modifying and improving existing systems, educating teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies, designing, developing, and deploying modular cloud-based systems, and maintaining cloud solutions in accordance with best practices.
The candidate will also identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues, regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements. They will interact with clients and provide cloud support based on client needs.
Technical skills include technical support strategies, technical documentation creation and maintenance, virtual management systems, incident management, problem management, change management procedures, troubleshooting and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in VMware associated programs and coding languages, extensive knowledge of VMware ESX and related cloud technologies, exceptional analytical and technical aptitude, and great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
