The company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer to join their team and ensure the quality and reliability of their cutting-edge chatbot solution. The role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and machine learning engineers to deliver a robust and user-friendly chatbot. The candidate will develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on requirements and specifications, perform manual testing on data products, log bugs and issues using JIRA, maintain and improve the quality of the codebase, and author and review pull requests using GitHub.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, previous experience as a QA Engineer, strong knowledge of frontend and backend technologies, testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, proficiency in Python and TypeScript, knowledge of AWS cloud services, proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, good English language skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Teams development, and proficiency with generative AI.
