The Compensation Fund in Pretoria is seeking a Human Resource Management (HRM) position with a salary of R1,216,824 per annum, all-inclusive. The position requires a relevant undergraduate qualification in Human Resources, 5 years of functional experience at a middle managerial level, knowledge of the Constitution Act 108 of 1996, Compensation Fund policies, talent management, succession planning, remuneration and benefits, and HR practices and principles. The candidate should have skills in communication, business writing, problem-solving, decision-making, people management, client orientation, change management, work ethics, self-management, business acumen, and environmental awareness. The roles involve managing HR management services, implementing integrated performance management, training and development management, employee relations services, provision of Employee Health and Wellness programs, Occupational Health and Safety programs, and overseeing HR administration in the provinces.
