During the graduate program, the company will focus on skills such as influence, communication, collaborative working, creative thinking, decision making, facilitation, problem solving, relationship building, business partnering, business understanding and insight, commercial acumen, systems utilization, and measurement of execution. Education requirements include a Matric/Grade 12 or Legal Degree, articles, good academic transcripts, written and spoken fluency in English, and strong language skills.
The program commences on February 1, 2025, and requires problem-solving, resilience, analytical and delivery focused, excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, knowledge of BI tools and data visualization technologies, strong understanding of data visualization and data management concepts, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
