The developer must translate these requirements into systems requirements and create SQL-based solutions that enable efficient operation.
The developer should have experience in designing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, SQL databases, warehouse design, custom reports using SSRS, troubleshooting issues, and testing solutions before releasing them for integrated testing. They should also assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
Knowledge and skills required include a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in user-centered design and development environments, preferably in multiple roles and organizations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in IT, advanced SQL knowledge, database design and development, optimization of queries, indexes, performance tuning methods, and experience in various software development methodologies.
