Tiger Brands is offering a 24-month enhanced development programme for bachelor's degree/Btech graduates who can potentially lead their companies. The program is designed to prepare FLDPs for key roles within the organization. Successful candidates should have a strong academic record, recently completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification, and demonstrate high achievement and innovation throughout their qualifications. They must also not have worked full time in their field of study, be computer-literate in MS Word and Excel, and have a valid driver's license.
The minimum requirements for the program include a 65% academic average, citizenship in the country of hire, a relevant bachelor's or Btech degree, high levels of ambition and self-motivation, leadership and team-working capabilities, not working full time in their field of study, recent graduate from a tertiary institution, work authorization in the country for which application is being submitted, and geographical mobility.
Future leaders must also possess Microsoft Office proficiency and be able to work in different locations during the training program. The program is open to individuals with a strong desire to build a career with a leading FMCG company, a sound academic record at an accredited institution, and recent completion of their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification.
