The role will involve using analytical and financial models, internal business intelligence, and data tools to assess performance across multiple business areas, identify trends, and present data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strong communicator, curious, and technically capable with a desire to discover and deliver data-driven business insights. The role involves using analytical and financial models, internal business intelligence, and data tools to assess performance across multiple business areas, identify trends, and present data-driven recommendations to the team and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also design, localize, and manage dashboards and bespoke reporting solutions to guide decision-makers and help identify opportunities while maintaining data integrity and report accuracy. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as an analyst, with music/media industry experience preferred but not required. They should have strong analytical and quantitative skills, demonstrate curiosity, attention to detail, creativity in problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. They should be detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and enthusiastic collaborator that works well with team members from various backgrounds and perspectives. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and data visualization tools, and confident in SQL (other data programming languages are a plus). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once, and work to deadlines.
