The Software Quality Assurance/Testing Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality by participating in every phase of the development process. Key responsibilities include planning, executing, reporting, and successful completion of QA activities for new development cycles, contributing to Agile-related user story review meetings, designing and implementing end-to-end test scenarios, performing risk analysis, and executing regression testing.
The role requires proficiency in development languages, such as Java, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), mobile test automation, SOAP and RESTFUL services, and using testing tools and frameworks. Experience in NFT (Performance, load, stress), logical solution architecture, and DevOps pipelines and tools is preferred.
Academic qualifications and certifications are preferred, with a preference for BSc IT or BCom IT and an ISTQB Agile foundations cert. Experience in Bootcamp training in Agile & DevOps, test analysis & design, test automation experience, development experience, and experience in Agile delivery, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), continuous delivery model, and NFT are preferred.
