You will create testing procedures for complete programs within a suite of programs, provide input into test plans, write test cases, and conduct testing. You will also deliver against operational and cost targets, prioritize resource allocation, monitor costs, allocate and approve expenditure, review cost reports, identify, control, and escalate potential risks, manage costs within approved budgets, build relationships, engage in cross-functional relationships, deliver customer experience excellence aligned with organizational values and service standards, collect and interrogate information and feedback, and provide customers with relevant information.
You will ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements, implement relevant policies, governance, and practice standards across the business, maintain knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and internal compliance procedures and requirements, develop an understanding of risks and risk management approaches, implement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures and processes, educate others, and participate in specialist risk forums.
In addition to creating test plans, you will also create design steps from test cases in the Quality Centre, execute system validation plans, execute all test activities for allocated projects, coordinate and execute all test activities, prepare and submit test plans for sign-off, ensure alignment between test environment and production environment, and treat production issues.
