The Sales & Distribution team will have 12 Sales Managers across various regions, and the Office Administrator will provide support to the sales team and manage operations and admin functions within each branch or office for the division. This Learnership leads to a nationally recognized NC: Wealth Management NQF Level 5 qualification, which consists of structured learning components combined with practical/workplace experience in the Financial Services industry. Areas of responsibility may include QA all submitted business, assisting with the capturing of new business and claims, compiling and actioning daily, weekly, and monthly reports, assisting the Sales Manager, collaborating with all business areas, monitoring office efficiencies, serving financial advisers, completing and presenting monthly team reports, ensuring on-boarding occurs within set SLAs, receiving and serving walk-in clients, serving as a liaison to Discovery, answering the phone and managing office functions, and assisting the Sales Manager with insights and trend analyses.
