The role involves monitoring critical data feeds like UDB and autoHUB to mitigate risks and support business incentives, FordPass Service History, PBR, and Customer Experience initiatives. The individual will investigate and correct data discrepancies on systems like SAP CRM, UDB, Dealer DMS/LMS, and BSI. They will ensure the efficiency and integration of dealer and Ford business systems, acting as a Support Administrator when needed. They will drive meetings with DMS and LMS suppliers to discuss integration requirements and projects. They will implement programs like Ford Guest Experience to enhance customer experience. Clear communication with stakeholders is essential.This role will assist with delivery and projects as part of FMCSA’s DCE team to drive consumer experience improvement, dealer efficiency, identify and remedy flaws or inefficiencies, deliver solutions and integration for long-term effectiveness and against the vision of acquiring a single view of a customer.
