The SSA Business Planning and Operations team supports the Group Country Manager (GCM) in achieving financial and business goals for the region. They work closely with internal stakeholders, providing guidance, oversight, and project management across strategic and BAU priorities. The Business Planning and Operations (BPO) Intern at Visa focuses on supporting the BPO team and partnering with business development and functional units to manage Visa business to achieve the organization's goals. Responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, reviewing monthly financial data, preparing market profitability reports, preparing and distributing quarterly market sales performance data, supporting ad-hoc analysis, reviewing investments, tracking macroeconomic trends, participating in the creation of common financial reporting tools, and supporting the BPO team in creating management dashboards and providing insights based on internal/external data. The role also involves ensuring the accuracy of financial data, identifying trends, and enhancing decision-making.
