This 12-month graduate internship programme provides a platform for young professionals to gain hands-on experience in a diverse and global organization. Successful candidates will work across various departments based on their academic qualifications, including Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, Human Resources, and Law. Participants will have the opportunity to be mentored by industry experts, develop valuable skills, and contribute to key projects within TotalEnergies. This internship aims to equip graduates with the experience needed to excel in their chosen fields while working in a high-performing, innovative, and sustainable energy company.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands on exposure to their respective departments, working on real world tasks and contributing to the company's projects
• Assist in operational and strategic initiatives across different functions within the organization
• Participate in cross departmental activities to understand how various units within TotalEnergies function
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to troubleshoot, analyze, and solve problems in the workplace
• Develop and revise departmental processes to enhance efficiency and ensure best practices are followed
• Present findings, data, or project updates to management and stakeholders as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards in all activities
• Engage in continuous professional development and training provided during the internship

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s Degree or Honour’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Process Engineering) or Sciences (Applied Chemistry, Statistical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Computer Science and Mathematics with Postgraduate Qualification in Data Analytics)
• - Bachelor’s Degree or Honour’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport Management) or Law (Bachelor of Laws)
• - Bachelor’s Degree or Honour’s Degree in Humanities (Governance, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Social Work, Environmental and Geographical Science)
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
• A passion for learning and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
