The AI Specialist ensures that the bank's business analysts are equipped with advanced AI tools and methodologies to improve overall performance and contribute to best practices in business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify and integrate AI solutions to improve business analysts' capabilities
• Implement AI-driven automation for routine tasks, allowing analysts to focus on strategic activities
• Leverage AI to generate actionable insights for informed decision-making
• Work with cross-functional teams to pinpoint areas where AI can enhance performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks
• 3+ years of AI experience
