Busamed is offering learnership programmes designed to help unemployed graduates gain valuable work experience in the Health and Social sectors. By participating in the Busamed Learnerships, you will have the opportunity to work at Busamed Bram Fischer Hospital and experience various clinical services while receiving theoretical knowledge and practical training. The program ensures that participants are equipped with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in the healthcare field. Participants must be TVET graduates and currently unemployed.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured curriculum combining theoretical assessments and practical work
• Participate in in-service training under the supervision of qualified professionals
• Work closely with mentors to develop professional capabilities
• Apply skills in real-world settings during the 18-month program

Qualifications

• N6 in Office Administration, Management Assistant, or Marketing
• Grade 12 or Matric certificate (certified copy)
• Certified copy of Identity Document
• Letter from a TVET college confirming the learner's need for work experience
• No prior work experience required
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset with high working standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
