Responsibilities

  • Data capturing and updating of client information
  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders telephonically
  • Handle calls transferred from the internal message center
  • Audit calls, transcribe, and report on any errors identified
  • Check work for accuracy and completeness before submission
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders, including vehicle tracking companies
  • Action work items in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Qualifications

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
  • A Degree or Diploma in any relevant field of study
  • Effective written communication
  • Time management skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Telephone etiquette
  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask
