Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month Compass Learnership Program within the Human Capital team
• Commit to completing an Accredited NQF L4/5 Qualification over the 12-month period
• Gain practical, on-the-job experience within a dynamic social enterprise environment
• Support the Human Capital team with various administrative tasks
• Assist in implementing Communicare’s social programs and initiatives for tenants

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology/Industrial Psychology
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• A minimum of 1-year experience in administration
• Organized and attention to detail (highly advantageous)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
