Description

The Human Resource Management Intern will provide essential support across various HR functions within the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA). The role is focused on assisting in the recruitment process, employee benefits administration, and supporting employee relations. The intern will work closely with HR Specialists to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process from the initial stage until the filling of the vacant position
  • Provide support in the development of Work Skills Plans
  • Assists with managing the administration of Employee Benefits
  • Provide support in the administration of Bursary in the Agency
  • Provide support to Employee Specialists to facilitate the implementation of Grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Coordinate Human Resource reports

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human resources management/ Industrial psychology/ Labour relations/ Organisational psychology
