Talksure is looking for committed individuals to gain workplace exposure through their internship program. Interns will provide essential administrative support and help maintain high standards in the company's training programs. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to turn business needs into effective training initiatives that yield results. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for effective data management related to all training activities
• Assist in coordinating and executing projects and events by updating project plans, organizing meetings, and ensuring that all systems and processes are established to meet deadlines efficiently
• Oversee training resources and collaborate with other departments to initiate training sessions
• Ensure accurate data capture for all training activities in compliance with SETA reporting requirements
• Support various administrative tasks within the Learning & Development area to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications

• Hold a 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours Degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development, or Industrial Psychology from a recognized public tertiary institution
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years
• Computer literate with fluency in English
• Reside in or near KwaZulu-Natal (KZN)
• Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship program
• Have not previously completed an internship with SETA or the Government
