Description

The Central Data Capturer will be responsible for recording and auditing patient files and requests from referring doctors as per the Service Request forms. This includes ensuring all data captured aligns with Ampath, LIS, CDC protocols, service level agreements (SLA), targets, quality standards, and turnaround times (TAT).

Responsibilities

• Capture patient application forms (Service Request Forms) into the Meditech Application Database
• Ensure adherence to SLA and maintain system integrity

Qualifications

• Grade 12
• Prior experience in data capturing
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Applicants must possess a South African ID or a valid South African work permit
