Sasol is offering a Learnership Programme in Fire Fighting, where successful candidates will gain hands-on experience and structured institutional learning in fire safety and emergency response. This fixed-term learnership provides participants with on-the-job learning to develop core firefighting skills and work-place readiness. Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the Learnership programme and complete all assessment processes successfully
• Engage fully in work-place readiness activities and exercises
• Demonstrate ability to work under stress in various challenging conditions related to fire safety
• Gain hands-on experience in fire safety operations, emergency response, and firefighting techniques

Qualifications

• Completed National Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with a pass in: Technical Mathematics/Mathematics, English/Business English, Technical/Physical Science (preferable)
• Valid Code B Driver's License
• Ability to pass a stress and fear assessment (heights, confined spaces, and fire exposure)
• Must pass the firefighter fitness assessment
