Description

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and technical guidance. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, training, and assisting in implementing solutions to enhance their experience with our products.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Design and deliver training sessions to customers on product functionality and best practices
  • Contribute to product improvement by gathering customer feedback and insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (engineering, computer science, etc)
  • Programming Languages: Net based such as C#, Python, Expression, SQL, No SQL, Web APIs Technologies (Desirable): Understanding SCADA, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Time Series Databases, MQTT and OPC UA
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
