The Air Products: Engineering Graduate Internship Programme 2025 is part of a Graduate Development Programme aimed at developing future engineering leaders. It offers a 24-month rotational program that combines hands-on projects, mentorship, and specialized training. This comprehensive approach is designed to help participants build the skills and experience needed to succeed in the engineering field. The program is located in Gauteng, with rotations across Air Products’ facilities in Kempton Park and Vanderbijlpark, and it begins on 3 February 2025. The program seeks talented graduates in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Information Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on engineering projects across different facilities
• Engage in mentorship sessions with experienced professionals
• Undertake specialized training in engineering practices
• Rotate across various departments to gain diverse experience
• Apply theoretical knowledge in practical, real-world engineering scenarios
• Develop technical and leadership skills required for a future in engineering

Qualifications

• Any relevant qualification in:
• Chemical Engineering
• Mechanical engineering
• Electric Engineering
• Information Engineering
• Must Hold a minimum aggregate pass rate of 60%, demonstrating strong academic performance
