Description

The main purpose of this role is to enable accurate project reporting and ensure continuous supplier satisfaction through full accounts payable administration and project administration support.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Administration: Manage accounts payable functions to maintain accuracy and timeliness
  • Technical Project Administration: Provide support for technical project administration, including adherence to policies and procedures
  • Asset Administration: Handle asset-related administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Essential: Senior Certificate with Accounting as a subject
  • Desired: Financial diploma
  • Desired: Experience with the SAP system and 3-5 years in a financial environment
  • Essential: Senior Certificate with Accounting
  • Understanding of the Mediclinic Vendor Creation Policy
  • Reconciliation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of auditing and general creditors administration
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with general financial administration, including invoices, debit and credit notes, Goods Received Notes (GRNs), and cost allocations
  • Proficiency in SAP and understanding of SARS requirements, specifically VAT invoice regulations
  • Technical project administration skills, including familiarity with policies and procedures
